Another 30% price rise for Fujifilm

Another 30% price rise for Fujifilm

While Fujifilm announced a first price rise on its films and printing paper last February, the photographer Bellamy Hunt aka Japan Camera Hunter share with us a sad news for the film photography community: another 30% rise…

It is definitely a sad news for all the Fujifilm fans and shooter around here as the first 30% rise took effect only one month ago: the 1st of April 2019 as Kosmofoto reported.

Thise second rise will concern several film stocks from the Japanese film manufacturer:

  • Color negative film
    • 100 (135)
    • Superia Premium 400 (135)
    • Pro 400 H (135/120)
    • Pro 160 NS (120)
  • Slide film
    • Velvia 50 (135/120)
    • Velvia 100 (135/120)
    • Provia 100F (135/120)

At least, no other film stocks are being discontinued and this last rise will normally be implemented only in Japan !
